Making a catapult: 02/02/2025

Location: Museum of Islamic Civilization

In collaboration with Sharjah Museums Authority, the “Catapult Making” program was presented, where participants had a fun hands-on experience using Maimed Storm (Lego Education). The program was inspired by the museum’s Ibn Al-Haytham Science and Physics Hall, giving participants a unique opportunity to learn about this historic instrument and how it was made and used during the golden ages of Islamic civilization .
